Job summary

The Gill Corporation is seeking a Fabrication Assembler with hands-on experience in production assembly and a keen eye for detail. You will follow blueprints, read work orders, and use specifications to finish panel assemblies and liners.

Responsibilities include deburring, applying adhesive, edge prep, and logging materials in SAP. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience, basic computer skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Able to read blueprints and use work orders.
• Basic computer skills required.
• English reading and verbal communication sufficient for procedures.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Overtime on weekends/holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Finish detailed panel assembly and liners using specs, blueprints, mylar and work orders.
• Deburr and clean holes prior to insert installation.
• Apply adhesive to plugs/sleeves and panels prior to installation.
• Prepare panel assemblies for edge fill operation.
• Mix and apply adhesive to panel edges.
• Hand route detailed liners with pneumatic router as specified.
• Record materials and logs in SAP; other duties as needed.
