Job summary

Triumph Group in Yakima, WA is hiring for a Painter on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday). The role involves surface preparation, masking, and painting hydraulic assemblies using pneumatic spray equipment, with a 10% shift premium. Starting pay range is $18.63 to $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and spray-painting experience. Knowledge of drawings and basic math is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spray-painting experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Painter levels indicate increasing years of spray-painting experience (2y for Painter 2, 4y for Painter 3).
• Basic reading of drawings/blueprints, dimensioning and tolerancing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (sanding/abrading, washing, masking).
• Paint hydraulic assemblies using pneumatic spray gun following specs.
• Read TS/blueprints and apply decals, stencils and markings as required.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow scheduling and quality plans.
