Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing teams with 10 to 30 direct reports.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production line order backlog and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive daily operations and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and motivating employees.
