Job summary

Korry Electronics is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing processes, lead continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will define processes, advise design on production capabilities, and ensure adherence to AS9100 and MIL-STD-810. The role includes mentoring engineers, coordinating with vendors, and delivering quality, on-time products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly in aerospace or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process definitions, work instructions, and equipment requirements.
• Drive substantial process improvements via automation and new technologies with vendors.
• Ensure on-time delivery through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations (AS9100, RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810).
• Advise design on production capabilities to influence new product development.
• Provide high-level training and sustained support to production personnel.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
