Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Full control of Profit & Loss for the business unit.
• Prepare and present budgets with Sales and Finance support.
• Manage capacity planning, capital investments, and staffing to meet plans.
• Review monthly product costs and adjust to meet budgeted standards.
• Analyze cost, quality, and delivery metrics with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Maintain customer schedules and communicate work progress clearly.
• Represent the company at customer visits and presentations.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
