Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in aerospace or defense.
• Experience with prime aerospace contractors or U.S. defense programs.
• Solid background in electromechanical assemblies, wire harnesses, or aerospace components.
• Demonstrated ability to scale manufacturing operations.
