Satair USA, Inc. in Dulles, VA is seeking a Summer Intern - Business Operations to join our Operations team. You will help optimize warehouse processes, analyze data, and support initiatives that drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED and current pursuit of a BA/BS or MS degree. Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration are essential, with a preference for related fields and Google Suite skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Skilled in using Google Suite and other collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in Process Documentation or Mapping and data handling/analysis.
• Evidence of project ownership in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Experience in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist fulfillment and logistics teams in mapping current warehouse processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and present operational data to inform management decisions.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Document SOPs for new or optimized fulfillment processes and assist with training materials.
