Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an Aerospace Operating System Site Leader to drive the deployment of AOS across the Torrance site and beyond. You will align leadership, coordinate improvement initiatives, and foster continuous improvement culture using Lean and Agile methods.

You will coach managers, lead cross-functional teams, and advance AOS by sharing success stories and coordinating the AOS community. 8+ years in Lean and project leadership are expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and OS principles.
• 8+ years of project management across strategic and tactical change initiatives.
• Business fluent in local language and English.
• Ability to influence frontline employees, site leadership and executives; cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize improvement events and AOS courses.
• Lead or support strategic and operational business challenges.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean/Agile tools.
• Support and/or orchestrate Hoshin Kanri for the site.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS adoption and practices.
• Be a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset.
