Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own the day-to-day relationship with assigned aerospace OEM customers from quotation through shipment. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Operations, and Program Management to resolve issues and ensure responsive, high-quality support throughout the order lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B customer service or account management, strong communication skills, and ERP/CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B customer service or account management.
• Experience coordinating requirements across multiple internal functions.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or order-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with assigned aerospace OEM customers from quotation through shipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Operations, and Program Management to resolve order, product, quality, and delivery issues.
• Monitor customer and operational performance and lead actions to improve service and delivery.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for alignment with terms and customer requirements.
• Provide clear order-status communication and maintain quotation, order, and shipment information in Epicor.
