Job summary

Aeon in Austin, TX seeks a Project Manager to guide manufacturing readiness as we transition from NPI to full-rate production of complex assemblies. You will own integrated project plans, manage milestones, and coordinate across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and external partners.

You will report to the VP of Manufacturing and drive execution, risk management, and transparency with leadership to ensure commitments are met on time and on target.

Qualifications

• PMI certification or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction/Facilities Management, IT architecture, or related field.
• Experience in an NPI Stage-Gate environment.
• Experience building detailed schedules for multi-workstream projects with external dependencies.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Track ERP/CRM implementation milestones and drive MVP installation readiness.
• Own master schedule for new facilities build-outs and report status to leadership.
• Help structure NPI framework with cross-functional teams.
• Track deliverables against customer-facing expectations.
• Monitor project costs and flag overruns.
