Job summary

Qualifications

• NADCAP and AS9100 audits experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math understanding
• Ability to work in Microsoft Word
• Ability to work with computers / computerized equipment
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
• Minimum 2 yrs experience in NDT field as a certified technician in at least 2 methods
• Travel requirement; 0-75%
• Ability to handle chemicals safely
• Ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform processing and inspections for aerospace requirements (Titanium, Aluminum, Super Alloy)
• Train, perform chemical analysis, develop procedures, and communicate with customers
• Interpret and report inspection results; maintain documentation
• Maintain NDT certification and stay current in methods
• Assist Sr. Technician and instruct apprentice level personnel
• Supervise apprentice level personnel as needed
• Study to gain additional NDT certifications
• Travel to multiple job sites as required
