Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE technician to perform non-destructive testing and inspection at client sites, using RT, MT, PT, UT, VT and related methods while ensuring high data accuracy, client satisfaction and safety.

The role requires travel, the ability to obtain site access credentials (TWIC/DISA), strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols. You will calibrate equipment, document results, supervise field staff, and coordinate with project managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for field duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to report results clearly.
• Ability to work in field environments including confined spaces, heights, and extreme weather.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to TEAM’s safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results accurately.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field staff during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and access.
• Maintain detailed records and timely reports and safety documentation.
• Apply proper radiation safety practices and dosimetry where applicable.
• Uphold TEAM’s life-critical expectations and professional standards.
• Other duties as assigned in related inspection services.
