Job summary

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Manufacturing NDT Technician to support aerospace parts production in Cincinnati, OH. Shifts available: Days 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with a $2 shift differential for night shift.

Responsibilities include processing aerospace parts, performing NDT inspections, handling chemicals, and maintaining documentation. You will collaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure quality and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Aerospace production or repair experience is preferred.
• Experience with NDT methods is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals, follow environmental controls, and use PPE correctly.

Responsibilities

• Processing aerospace parts, including dipping, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Conduct NDT inspections to evaluate part integrity and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle material movement and machine operation as needed to support production flow.
• Mix, monitor, and maintain chemical solutions, ensuring correct ratios, pH levels, and temperature controls.
• Accurately document processing parameters, inspection results, and part traceability in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure efficient workflow.
