Job summary

Williams International in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to join our nights shift. You will conduct penetrant and radiographic inspections to ensure parts meet manufacturing standards and blueprints.

This role requires strong attention to detail, blueprint literacy, and teamwork in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Candidates must be able to lift and meet physical requirements and may need security clearance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprint drawings and follow planning instructions.
• Familiarity with GD&T specifications and basic inspection of engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of Penetrant inspection.
• Inspect parts according to engineering and customer standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate and reliable documentation.
• Visually inspect parts for burrs or damage.
• Maintain proper identification of parts and records.
• Communicate shift changes to teammates.
