Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace seeks an experienced NDT QC Specialist to perform and interpret nondestructive tests ensuring product integrity, safety, and compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Crawford, MS, or on-site, you must hold an NDT Level II certification (NAS-410) in RT with Digital RT techniques, and have 4–6 years of experience.

Qualifications

• NDT Level II RT with NAS-410 or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of NDT experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, review, and maintenance of NDT procedures.
• Interpret and apply codes and standards.
• Conduct NDT inspections with accuracy and document results.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Implement advanced NDT techniques and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Mississippi health regulations.
