Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies LLC is seeking an NDT Level II on-site inspector to perform and document NDT inspections and QA activities across our manufacturing processes. You will support system calibration, records keeping, and customer alignment with quality requirements.

The role requires strong interpretation of specifications, familiarity with radiographic and penetrant NDT methods, and Level II certification.

Qualifications

• Five years in an inspection or quality assurance role with ISO/AS experience.
• Familiarity with NDT equipment requirements.
• Able to read and interpret technical plans, specifications and operating sheets.
• Level II certifications/documentation as required for position.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document inspections/verifications on product, components, and processes using NDT methods.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Ensure procedures for NDT are approved by a Level II/Level III inspector.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders on quality issues.
• Train others in specific areas of expertise and assist in audits and process reviews.
