• Reads and understands drawings, blueprints and Manufacturing Work Instructions.
• Detail oriented with ability to keep accurate records and files.
• Ability to solve technical problems with limited information.
• Commitment to LORD Performance Principles and teamwork.
• Able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
• Willing to perform overtime when required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Performs Level II Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and/or Magnetic Particle Inspection.
• Cleans and maintains NDT equipment.
• Inspects parts per customer criteria and documents results.
• Cleans and etches parts as required.
• Performs process audits as required.
• Interfaces with customer on NDT issues.
• Participates in LEAN projects and activities.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Other assignments as required.
