Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking an NDI Technician for an on-site contract in Kinston, NC. The role focuses on non-destructive inspection using ultrasonic testing methods, including phased array, pulse-echo, and other UT techniques.

You will set up equipment, analyze results, and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Ideal candidates have NAS 410 certification, UT Level 1 and 2 training, and a related associate degree with at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires US Person per ITAR regulations.
• Associate degree and 3 years related experience.
• UT Level 1 and UT Level 2 certifications with UT experience.

Responsibilities

• Uses analysis techniques to evaluate materials, components, or systems without damage.
• Sets up and standardizes NDI equipment and processes for inspection.
• Interprets inspection results and documents acceptance decisions.
• Provides guidance to trainees and performs audit surveillance on NDI processes.
