Job summary

Indotronix UK is seeking an NDI Technician (TD3000) for a 3-month initial assignment at 2600 Aerosystems Blvd, Kinston, NC. The role requires 5–10 years of NDI experience with ultrasonic testing, radiography, and related NDT methods. NAS 410 and UT Level I certifications are preferred.

You will perform procedures, interpret results, and ensure compliance with customer engineering requirements, training staff as needed on-site in Kinston, NC.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of NDI experience.
• Experience with UT methods (phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, through transmission).
• Strong knowledge of radiography and other NDT methods.
• NAS 410 certification or equivalent.
• UT Level I certification and related training hours.
• IICNONIT01 certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use analysis techniques to evaluate properties of materials, components, or systems without damage.
• Utilize non-destructive inspection methods to verify parts comply with customer requirements.
• Set-up and standardize NDI equipment; interpret results for acceptance or rejection.
• Provide guidance to trainees and supervise as needed.
• Audit surveillance on NDI processes and document non-conformances.
• Interpret codes and standards that control NDT methods.
• Prepare, verify, and approve procedures and work instructions.
