Job summary

AAA-USA Inc. seeks skilled NDT professionals experienced in inspecting aircraft components and assemblies using ultrasonic testing methods. Relocation to Kinston, NC may be required, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related technical discipline and 3 years of related experience
• Experience performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in aerospace, manufacturing, or precision inspection environments
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of nondestructive testing principles and quality requirements
• Eligible to work in the United States
• NAS 410 certification or qualification for applicable positions

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive inspections to evaluate materials, components, and systems without damage
• Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) using phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, and through-transmission methods
• Set up, calibrate, and operate UT equipment per procedures and specs
• Document inspection results and nonconforming conditions per procedures
• Support audits and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Provide guidance and training to junior NDI personnel
