Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming and proving machined parts.
• CATIA software proficiency is required for NC programming.
• Solid understanding of speeds, feeds, and tool life for metal parts.
• Experience with CGTech Vericut CAM simulation preferred.
• GD&T proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop NC programs for complex aerospace parts in an IPT team.
• Define and optimize machining processes with appropriate tools.
• Create fixture references and detailed setup instructions.
• Verify programs via simulation and support first article machining.
