Job summary

RTX invites applications for a Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City Heavy Maintenance Center Planner/Scheduler to provide comprehensive planning, scheduling, and workscope integration for gas-turbine engine maintenance. You will align customer requirements with production plans and daily shop-floor execution to meet delivery goals.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office and communication skills, and the ability to work 1st shift with overtime

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship required due to program access requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong communication skills
• Ability to work 1st shift (0700–1600) and additional hours including overtime
• Experience in cross‑functional teamwork and data integrity in databases or data systems

Responsibilities

• Provide daily short- and long-term planning and scheduling of engines and modules
• Load engine data into SAP and maintain configuration accuracy
• Plan inductions, manage WIP levels, and update status boards
• Monitor schedule risks and communicate impacts to operations and materials
• Coordinate with fleet management, engine managers, and customer reps on maintenance levels and configurations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain standard work procedures
• Attend daily production meetings and communicate schedule requirements across teams
• Support other MRO production lines as needed
