The Boeing Company seeks a Quality Production Specialist (Level 2/3) to support the PRIME Quality MRSA team in North Charleston, SC on 2nd shift. You will review non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions for aerospace components.

You will train and mentor colleagues, validate action plans, ensure QMS compliance, and report on quality metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with Velocity/CMES are preferred; relocation may be offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• 1+ years of experience analyzing and summarizing raw data from various sources and recommending executable actions.
• 3+ years of experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets).
• Willing and able to work 2nd shift.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsabilités

• Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.
• Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to QMS requirements and applicable procedures.
• Applies knowledge of aerospace design to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.
• Trains and mentors fellow employees in the Quality Management System.
• Performs root cause analysis on nonconformances to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Develops and documents actions to resolve problems and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Obtains corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes.
• Negotiates concurrence and prioritizes quality actions to ensure problem resolution.
• Reviews and approves quality planning changes or disposition of nonconforming hardware/products.
• Guides validation of configuration management, quality procedures and MRB policies for software products.
• Develops software system processes to support changing industry standards.
• Reviews corrective actions on audits to ensure proper handling of media.
• Interprets industry standards and provides implementation recommendations.
• Creates analytic reports and coordinates distribution with responsible parties.
