Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• 1+ years in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or regulated industry.
• 1+ years summarizing and/or reviewing documentation to develop informational or technical materials.
• 1+ years collecting, organizing and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions.
• 1+ years applying RCCA or similar rigorous problem-solving processes to engineering development and manufacturing/production efforts.
• 1+ years supporting projects with cross-functional stakeholders and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.
• Develop sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
• Participate in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
• Perform data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
• Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances.
• Analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Compile performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
• Work under general supervision.
