Vantor is seeking an Aerospace Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support ISR studies for government and commercial customers. You will model satellites, aircraft, sensor systems, and mission scenarios to evaluate performance and inform decisions on future space and airborne capabilities.

This hands-on role emphasizes solving complex mission problems, improving simulation capabilities, and turning analysis into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
• Ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of space, airborne, and ISR sensor systems.
• Build operational vignettes reflecting real-world mission needs.
• Develop tools, scripts, and simulator features to improve workflow and analysis.
• Analyze simulation results to identify trends and key drivers.
• Perform QA/QC on model inputs and outputs.
• Present findings to technical teams, leaders, and customers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while owning independent tasks.
