Regal Rexnord - Aerospace Solutions in Twinsburg, OH, seeks an Inspector to ensure precision alignment of gauges, metrology methods, and AS9102 First Article compliance. You will work onsite with manufacturing and quality engineering to verify assembly readiness and data integrity, escalating issues as needed.

You will utilize CMMs, calipers, micrometers, and vision systems while maintaining documentation and NCRs to protect schedule and quality. Strong GD&T and AS9100 experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of inspection in a manufacturing setting with growing responsibility.
• ASQ certifications (CQT, CMI) are a plus.
• Deep familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection and quality planning tools: SPC, GR&R, Cpk, GD&T, DMAIC, First Piece Inspection, and Cost of Quality.
• Reading engineering drawings; proficient in GD&T and process capability analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to author procedures and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Relentless adherence to safety and work rules.
• Comprehensive inspection coverage: receiving, in‑process, first article (AS9102), pre/post OSP, and final.
• Creation of NCRs; prompt removal and control of nonconforming product.
• Rigorous data recording, document control, and end‑of‑shift completeness.
• Active coordination with the Quality team; flexible coverage to support production needs.
• Immediate escalation of quality issues impacting build or throughput.
