Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled Dimensional Inspector for an on-site role in Irving, TX. You will perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace parts, utilizing 3D metrology tools and reading GD&T per AS9100/ISO 9001.

This position requires 6+ years in regulated manufacturing or aerospace, experience with Keyence/ZEISS CMMs, PC-DMIS/PolyWorks, and meticulous attention to detail. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in dimensional inspection in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Hands-on experience with advanced metrology systems such as Keyence XM-5000/VR-VL Series and ZEISS ScanBox or other CMM systems.
• Familiarity with GD&T, inspection reports and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3D metrology and scanning tools (Keyence, ZEISS, blue-light systems).
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure compliance and document results per AS9100/ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Customer Representatives to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform first-article, in-process and final inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies.
