EB Flight Training LLC seeks a Master Mechatronics Specialist to advance UAVs with RF, CNC, and integrated mechatronic systems. You will prototype, fabricate, and test advanced aerospace components in a dynamic aviation development environment.

Responsibilities include additive and subtractive manufacturing, electronics integration, antenna design, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to meet rigorous timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in electronics engineering
• 10+ years documented operational experience testing in austere environments
• Proficiency in CAD SolidWorks and GrabCAD, CNC Pattern Smith and CNC Aspire
• 5+ years experience in FDM printing equipment and material and industrial CNC machinery
• 5+ years composite fabrication
• Ability to deploy and execute extended operations overseas (60+ days)
• Proven track record of advanced problem-solving

Responsabilités

• Prototyping: Design, develop and enhance electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices for UAVs.
• Additive Manufacturing: Run FDM and DLP printers.
• Subtractive Manufacturing: Operate CNC machinery proficiently.
• Radio Frequency: Build and optimize antennas for frequencies of interest.
