RTX in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Mechanical Engineer for Airborne Radar packaging including AESA Antenna, Receiver, and Power Subsystems. You will lead small teams, develop concepts, and guide production transitions while meeting cost and performance goals.

The role requires a STEM degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, CREO proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. Relocation may be offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM or 3+ years in relevant engineering work.
• Experience with CREO or similar 3D modeling software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on major programs and lead small design teams.
• Ensure procedures are followed to produce technical data packages and meet objectives.
• Support suppliers fabricating components and assemblies; communicate with leadership.
