Job summary

Eastern Aero Marine, Inc. DBA EAM Worldwide is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, configuration, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of aerospace products. You will manage ECNs/ECRs, maintain BOMs, and provide cross-functional engineering support to production and suppliers.

Your role involves RCCA investigations, product testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with aerospace standards. On-site only, with collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical engineering experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with engineering change management, RCCA, product testing, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of GD&T, BOMs, and engineering drawings; AS9100 familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering changes (ECNs/ECRs), product configurations, and BOMs.
• Create and update AutoCAD drawings, SolidWorks models, and engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues and perform RCCA investigations.
• Conduct product testing, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Provide engineering support to production, quality, suppliers, and customers.
