Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred).
• Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Facilitate decision-making around WIP disposition.
• Track and document aged WIP across manufacturing cells.
• Gather Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
• Assist with shop floor engineering support.
• Support general rework using machining equipment.

Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with rotating parts

Knowledge of MRB procedures

Hands-on experience with RCCA

Experience using metrology equipment

Strong communication skills
