Job summary

Heart Aerospace seeks a Mechanical Systems intern to assist in design, prototyping, and testing of aircraft mechanical components. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX)
• Proven interest in mechanical design engineering through projects or activities

Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptual design, prototyping, and testing of aircraft mechanical systems
• Support CAD modeling using CATIA (3DEXPERIENCE)
• Assist with test planning, data collection, and validation of flight control actuators
• Collaborate with engineers on manufacturing support and design troubleshooting
• Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions
