Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing rotating mechanical hardware and complex mechanical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware manufacturing, operational, and test-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of Ram Air Turbine (RAT) systems and related components.
• Provide engineering and manufacturing support to suppliers and production sites to improve producibility, quality, and yield.
• Investigate test failures and hardware issues to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing, operational, and test-related hardware issues.
• Participate in product and component development activities, including cost estimates, specifications, drawings, and performance requirements.
• Perform hardware analysis and mechanical design for RAT systems and aerospace applications.
• Support qualification and performance testing to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and production teams to implement practical solutions.
• Apply strong problem-solving and engineering judgment to improve reliability, manufacturability, and performance.
