Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking a Secondary Technician in Brattleboro, VT to rotate through Assembly, Quality, and Finishing departments. You will prepare parts for inspection and shipment, follow customer drawings, and maintain documentation and traveler paperwork.

The role requires basic mechanical assembly skills, ability to read blueprints, and adherence to safety and quality policies in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in high‑complexity mechanical assembly (aerospace/defense/high‑tech) preferred.
• Experience in ISO/ AS9102 certified environments is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive and quality‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts mechanically using manual and electrical equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, BOMs, and instructions to assemble enclosures, chassis and box builds.
• Set up and operate cleaning, rinsing, and packing processes with tight process controls.
• Record build documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain clean workstations and follow 5S standards.
