Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking an Assembly Tech I in the United States. This entry-level role involves mechanical assembly of parts, reading blueprints and BOMs, and ensuring quality with calibrated tools.

You will work closely with QA and Engineering to resolve build issues and maintain clean, safe workstations. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and up to 2 years in high-complexity assembly, preferably in aerospace/defense environments, with a proactive, quality-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in high-complexity mechanical assembly.
  • Experience in ISO/AS9102-certified or aerospace/defense environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical parts using manual and electrical tools.
  • Interpret blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Assemble enclosures, chassis, and box builds per drawings.
  • Install components with calibrated tools following process controls.
  • Ensure alignment with measuring tools and inspection methods.
  • Record build documentation and traveler paperwork.
  • Follow safety regulations and 5S standards.
