Qualifications

• Soldering experience with IPC-610 (preferred) and J-STD-001 or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Hand soldering for through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to assemble equipment per specifications.
• Grind, sand, clean, or polish objects to prepare surfaces for finishing using hand and power tools.
• Maintain inventory at work stations and ensure 100%-quality in the process.
• Inspect finished workpieces by measuring dimensions and comparing to templates.
