Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in high-complexity mechanical assembly, aerospace/defense preferred.
• Experience in ISO/ AS9102-certified environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using manual and electrical equipment.
• Laser engraving of machined parts.
• Interpret blueprints, BOMs and instructions for enclosures and box builds.
• Install components using calibrated tools with precision.
• Ensure alignment and measurement with inspection methods.
• Prepare and ship parts; maintain 5S and safety standards.
