Job summary

Radiant Power Corp. in Florida is seeking qualified Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. Successful candidates will have prior assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing setting.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Thursday shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, ITAR compliance, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, company-paid vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k with company match, and quarterly production bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience as a mechanical assembler and/or solderer in a manufacturing environment.
• IPC-A-610D Class 3 certification is preferred, J-STD-001D solder experience preferred.
• Aerospace/Defense industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and production drawings to perform duties as instructed.
• Mount and solder components onto chassis/PWB via soldering iron.
• Connect lead wires to PWB and perform intermediate assembly tasks.
• Install finished assemblies into cases or cabinets and inspect for quality.
• Maintain safety and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
