We are currently looking for qualified Solder Assemblers to join our team. Successful candidates will have prior soldering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule is full-time, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm. This position is eligible for quarterly production bonuses.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Read work orders, follow production drawings, written routings and work instructions, and use sample assemblies or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Mount assembled components, transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, sockets, connectors and similar components onto chassis/PWB via soldering iron.
- Connect components and lead wires to PWB via soldering iron.
- Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping and color coding.
- Install finished assemblies or sub‑assemblies into cases or cabinets.
- Perform “go/no‑go” testing and in‑line inspection of parts and assemblies to meet production specifications and standards.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, orally, in picture or diagram form.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified IPC‑A‑610D Class 3 criteria and per J‑STD‑001D solder experience is required. Expired certification is acceptable.
- 3 months of experience as a mechanical assembler/solderer in a similar work environment.
- Aerospace/Defense industry experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Read/write fluently in English.
- Must be well‑organized, flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment.
- Sustained dependable attendance.
