Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and inspect electronic components per work instructions.
• Interpret routers, wiring diagrams and schematics for electronics assembly.
• Conduct inspections to meet IPC standards and perform pass downs between shifts.
• Disassemble and rework assemblies as needed under specified conditions.
• Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
