Qualifications

• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2–3+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures.
• Must have meticulous hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet production and customer needs, which includes overtime.
• IPC‑610/620 and/or JSTD 001 certifications or ability to obtain.
• Must be comfortable with working under a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble and inspect electronic components per documented work instructions.
• Interpret job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
• Demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiatives daily.
• Perform a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet IPC standards.
• Perform pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
• Disassemble and re‑assemble, modify, rework assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
• Experience working with Microsoft products.
• Experience to train new team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
