Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience overseeing production and shop floor operations is preferred.
• Ability to supervise multiple manufacturing functions and set daily objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct labor mechanics and ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Coach and mentor staff and manage attendance, training records and safety.
• Ensure on-time ship dates and manage overtime and vacations.
• Maintain skills matrix and ensure adequate coverage.
