You will receive, track, and audit inbound components, flag shortages, manage supplier relations, and process POs and RFQs while ensuring audit-ready documentation in SAP and ERP systems, collaborating with engineering and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating materials across a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to track inbound aerospace components with strict traceability.
• Proactive risk identification for material shortages.
• Strong understanding of supplier management and RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of materials to support aerospace production schedules.
• Receive, track, and audit inbound components against documentation.
• Flag shortages to planning teams to prevent line downtime.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
• Place POs in compliance with contracts and directives.
• Issue RFQs and evaluate quotes per corporate directives.
• Act as liaison between engineering, planning, assembly, and QA.
• Input and maintain data in SAP/ERP systems.
