Job summary

22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) in the Phoenix area is seeking a Supply Chain and Material Support professional to coordinate material movement and support aerospace production schedules.

You will receive, track, and audit inbound components, flag shortages, manage supplier relations, and process POs and RFQs while ensuring audit-ready documentation in SAP and ERP systems, collaborating with engineering and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating materials across a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to track inbound aerospace components with strict traceability.
• Proactive risk identification for material shortages.
• Strong understanding of supplier management and RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of materials to support aerospace production schedules.

** Description** :

** Supply Chain and Material Support professionals at this manufacturing and operations hub are responsible for the following core duties:**

• Coordinate the movement of materials across the facility, managing physical inventory to support active aerospace production and assembly schedules.
• Receive, track, and audit inbound aerospace components and production materials against documentation to ensure strict traceability
• Identify material shortages or risks in the execution plan and proactively flag them to planning teams to prevent line down occurrences
• Monitor and maintain supplier relationships to ensure external vendors are meeting strict aerospace delivery schedules, quality benchmarks, and cost requirements
• Place and manage purchase orders (POs) in compliance with commercial agreements and strict U.S. Government contracts
• Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate incoming quotes and proposals according to corporate directives
• Act as the primary supply chain liaison between engineering, material program management, assembly technicians, and quality assurance
• Input and clean system data within corporate SCM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms like SAP to maintain strict data integrity
