Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and recent graduate.
• Experience with metallic and non-metallic hardware and material processing.
• Internship or co-op demonstrating technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to address material challenges in spaceflight systems.
• Review production drawings for material selection and process implementation.
• Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for metallic and non-metallic hardware.
• Select materials and define design requirements to meet engineering, structural, and program goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize system design and performance.
