Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Materials Planner to develop and maintain BOMs in the MRP system, ensuring material availability aligns with production schedules for VIP aircraft interiors.

The role requires translating engineering designs into material requirements, coordinating across Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Sales to optimize lead times and inventory efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; 2–5 years materials planning experience.
• Aerospace or aircraft interiors experience preferred.
• Experience with MRP and inventory planning in manufacturing.
• Strong data integrity and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine engineering drawings for material specifications and accuracy.
• Build and maintain BOMs in the MRP system.
• Ensure data integrity to support planning, procurement and production.
• Calculate material requirements from schedules, lead times and forecasts.
• Generate purchase requisitions aligned with production needs.
• Track material deliveries to meet schedules and timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Ops, Sales to share material specs and lead times.
