Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) is seeking a Buyer to purchase materials, services and equipment for maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.

You will manage the full lifecycle from requisitions to purchase orders and supplier communication. You will monitor orders, provide updates to production schedules, ensure PO compliance, maintain supplier records, and coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or related field.
• Ability to read and understand technical information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interpret procurement requirements and source suppliers.
• Develop RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time and compliance.
• Create and manage purchase orders ensuring technical, quality, and delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor PO status and provide delivery updates and risk notifications.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and Accounts Payable for invoice processing and documentation.
