Job summary

Onboard Systems International in Vancouver, WA seeks a Material Planning & Inventory Manager to ensure materials align with demand while optimizing inventory and manufacturing performance.

You will coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to balance customer requirements and capacity, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in planning, scheduling, materials or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to align demand with capacity and priorities.
• Translate demand into material requirements using ERP/MRP.
• Identify shortages and coordinate recovery with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering.
• Lead inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
