Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Materials Supervisor to drive day-to-day material handling performance on-site. You will lead a team, manage inventory accuracy, and partner with Buyers, Planners and Operations to meet KPI targets.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ in supervision, and strong Lean/inventory expertise. Expect collaboration across functions, continuous improvement focus, and a structured, safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience, with 3+ years supervising.
• Lean principles proficiency and inventory management knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.
• BS in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts with Buyers, Planners and Operations.
• Develop and lead the Material Handling team and coach them to excellence.
• Maintain and ensure accurate control of inventory.
• Communicate inventory variances with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with other functions to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Ensure a trained, flexible team with skills for assignments.
• Assist in continuous quality improvement.
• Plan and manage physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
