Job summary

EVONA in Westminster, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Senior Material Planner to manage complex satellite and aerospace material programs, shaping demand from long-range planning through to finished flight hardware. This role requires deep planning expertise in MRP, BOMs, long-lead materials and supplier constraints.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, turning planning data into clear insights and presenting material status, risks and recovery

Qualifications

• Experience in satellite, space or aerospace manufacturing material planning.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOMs, demand planning, and inventory control.
• Experience with long-lead materials and supplier lead times.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills; Power Query a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own material planning across satellite/aerospace programs.
• Plan requirements 18–24 months ahead considering long-lead materials.
• Translate production demand into material and supply plans.
• Identify shortages, risks, and constraints before impact.
• Manage and analyse data across ERP/MRP systems.
• Extract, manipulate and interpret planning data using Excel.
• Support NPI, engineering changes and evolving production requirements.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality and Program Management.
• Turn complex planning data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Present material status, risks and recovery plans to senior leaders and executives.
